 Sleeping accomodation is offered in family house for people who visit Puebla because business or pleasure. Price is fair, place is clean, safe and next to ISSSTE and ISSSTEP Puebla Regional Hospitals.
It includes two beds with independent bathroom in furnitured room. All the furniture is brand new and excellent condition. Utilities are hot water 24 hours, electric and weekly house cleaning service. Meals and parking lot are not included. Restaurants and public parking lot are found in the same block. Living room has window to outdoors.
There are birds as pets and are very well behaved. Other pets are not allowed. Looking for a female or male who is very clean, respectful, kind, easy going, responsible, flexible and pays their bills on time. No smoke or drink allowed.
KEYS: Close by Plaza Dorada, Walmart and Plaza del Sol Mall; 10 minute drive to Puebla Historic Center; 12 minute drive to Angelopolis Area; 18 minute drive to CAPU Bus Station and 35 minute drive to Puebla Airport.
AREA SERVICES: Convinience Market, Taxi Cab Station, Pharmacies, Gym, Grocery Stores, Tamales Booth, Banks, Movie Theaters, Laundry, Cafeterias, Internet Cafes, Medical Labs, Travel Agencies, Ticket Bus Booth and Public Transport to get any location in town such as downtown for 5 mexican pesos one way.
PRICE per person is $ 12 USD a day in double occupancy. Single occupancy supplement is 8 USD. Pricing for longer stay than 5 days special rates could be applied.
It is asked the first day rent or week’s rent security deposit to move in. It is flexible about move-in dates, so depending on what date you wanted to move in, host could adjust the first day or week’s rent accordingly. Available immediately, one week in advance, no limit on length of stay. For longer stay than 5 days special rates may be applied.
