Rates at Casa Panchita vary according to season and the number of persons in each room. Prices are in U.S. dollars, or equivalent in Mexican pesos, all include all taxes. No credit cards.
HIGH SEASON (October 15th - April 30th)
$120 daily for double occupancy, including full breakfast.
$75 daily for single occupancy, including full breakfast.
$97 daily for double occupancy, including full breakfast.

Comida: $23 per person per day: As is the custom in Oaxaca, the main meal of the day at Casa Panchita is offered at mid-day. A multi-course set menu changes daily and includes salad, main dish with vegetables, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Served family style at 2:30 p.m.
Cena: $12 per person per day: A light supper, or “cena” offered at 7:30 p.m. features Panchita’s delicious and hearty soups, bread, cheese, fruit, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Check In: Although there is no designated check in or check out time at Casa Panchita, we would like to welcome you individually on your arrival so we ask that you advise us of your expected arrival time.
Payment: At Casa Panchita, payment is accepted in Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars. Payment by check may be made to our American address, provided upon reservation.
Deposit: Reservations are confirmed when your deposit is received. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.
High season. Advance deposit of three days is requested.
Low season. Advance deposit of one day is requested.
Additional Services: We are happy to arrange drivers and experienced, English-speaking local guides for exploration of surrounding villages where potters, ceramicists, woodcarvers and weavers create Oaxaca’s extraordinary folk art. Guides may also be arranged for bird watching, or for visits to nearby archaeological sites including Monte Alban and Mitla.
