Villa Vera is located in the charming village of San Felipe del Agua. Although it lies in a rural setting, it is only 6 km. from the zócalo in the city center of Oaxaca, capital of the state of Oaxaca - just a few minutes by car or public transportation.

The Villa and the Guesthouse are set in a well maintained garden and have a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains and the valley of Oaxaca.

Both house and bungalow are totally furnished and built in a Mexican colonial style with wrought iron and talavera tile details.

MAIN HOUSE

The main house has 3 bedrooms (one can be used as a study), 2 full bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, big terrace with panoramic view, lovely garden, separate maid?s quarters, off-street parking and can accommodate five persons.

 

Rental rates depend on length of stay and include gardener
and maid service. Telephone line available.

 

GUESTHOUSE


There is also a Guesthouse in one corner of the garden - one bedroom, one bath, kitchenette, living/dining room, terrace with view of the mountains. Can be rented with the house or separately. Maid service included. Separate telephone line available.

Both together are great for an extended family or larger group of up to seven persons.
